A Good Egg

Hopefully everyone knows that keeping the baby’s sleep environment the proper temperature is considered very important in lowering the risk of SIDS. Overheating and over COOLing are both situations you want to avoid, and a great way to do that is the GroEgg Digital Room Thermometer. The next prize in #BabyGuyMotherLode is another product that I am a big fan of. Aside from having a digital screen with the actual temperature, this ingenious device also has a soft light built-in so that you can just glance and tell by color of the light if the room is the proper temperature! The light is also just bright enough so that you can go in and check on your sleeping nugget without having to turn on a lamp, which could wake them and keep YOU from getting much-needed sleep.

For some extra fun, here’s a clip of me demonstrating the GroEgg on KTLA—please IGNORE the screaming baby. I TRIED to…..

The GroEgg retails for $25 and is available at most major juvenile retailers.

HOW TO ENTER:
I hope you paid attention to that clip or know how to use Google;). To enter this portion of #BabyGuyMotherLode, leave the proper temp for the nursery according to GroEgg on the blog post, my Facebook page, or tweet it!!! And you’ll have to do this daily, because to be entered for the GRAND PRIZE, you have to have at least one entry method per product. Trust me, it will be worth it.

This is VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Three ways to enter:

1.Comment on the Blog entry
2.Comment on Facebook.com/TheBabyGuyNYC and leave link to that comment on page of appropriate entry
3.Tweet something to the effect of: “the proper nursery temperature is _____ #BabyGuyMotherLode at BabyGuyGearGuide.com”—again, this is JUST an example—use your own ;) —leave link to that tweet in the comment section on the page of the appropriate entry.
