Baby Bubbles make a terrific line of stroller/car seat/anything cleaner (that we found works very well at getting red wine out of carpet) AND they also have a cleaning service based in NYC. If you live in NYC, it’s worth checking them out. They clean strollers, high chairs, jumpers, swings, and car seats (they even adhere to NHTSA and manufacturer guidelines regarding cleaning) and even send you a report of any structural issues they find prior to cleaning (wheel damage, frayed harness, etc).
